Pros
Salata has an amazing corporate culture. They truly seek to treat all employees (even franchised ones) with kindness and respect. They have high standards but everything is reasonably attainable as they provide ample training and support for their managers. They do not micromanage and they allow GMs to make individual decisions on what is best for their specific location. You get to feel good about the food and the level of service you are providing.
Cons
You have to be at work by 7am almost every day. No health insurance or sick pay offered, only one week of paid vacation. Some bonus criteria feels unreasonably difficult to achieve.
