The worst place ever to work at - Senior Developer Salesboom.com Employee Review

Company managers at Salesboom.com give me the respect I deserve. WHen I do a good Job i get feedback and it is always announced. Bonuses always come after positive feedback. WHen I am sick, not only do I get paid for hours I have not worked, but they make me feel like family.

The only problem I am facing at this company is that it is very hard to meet the CEO and the president except in quarterly meetings. I understand they are busy people.

I worked closely with the President of the company, Rami Hamodah. The guy is brilliant and full of ideas! He adores technology and shows great respect for guys that show passion for their job. I worked as an executive advisor for all their marketing initiatives.....

I had no problems working for Salesboom myself, but I learned over time that management has no time for slackers, and if you do not show a high level of professionalism, passion and hard work, you are guaranteed to get your notice very quickly!
