Great and friendly team members with flexibility! Pay is good + Sekisui has multiple benefits in terms of bonuses and annual performance reviews which i rate highly of. Amazing project pipeline and value in humanity and environmental design. Can’t think of much downsides at the moment but it does depend on which team you work with! Overall i’d say is a highly regarded developer to work with in terms of projects, cultural benefits, flexibility and learning + development within the property development division.
