      Pros

      I have worked here for several years, and I love my job. Some of the pros I experience with Sentry include flexibility, family-oriented and positive culture, a great team, abundant opportunities to learn/train, each day is something new, and space to achieve my daily goals wothout being micromanaged.

      Cons

      We are faced with disgruntled contract workers frequently (see the numerous negative reviews). However, our management team take the responsibility of handling these people so our regular editors and schedulers do not have to be harassed.

      Scheduling person I communicated with was very nice

      The amount of effort expected to be put into these reports, for a free meal and (maybe) $10 is INSANE. We read the guidelines, we read the worksheet and were still shocked by what the editor asked us to add/revise. I do other restaurant mystery shops and Sentry's are the worst. Company seems to accuse everyone of being 'unprofessional' when they are everything but. The owner seems to be unable to accept any type of criticism or accountability.
