Pros

Not a single pro comes to mind.

Cons

From day one you can expect heavy harassment from senior employees. No one at Sequentur is passionate about technology more than they are profits. You won't receive any bonuses regardless of your performance, and will frequently get belittled by Sequentur's "security team" which is mostly comprised of entry level college grades who get paid more than senior level techs. If you work on the "help desk", you'll be treated like bottom of the barrel trash.

Pros

None. Probably one of the worst company I've ever worked for.

Cons

They hire you as an account manager and one day, out of the blue, ask you to do cold calling, which is not part of the job description and what you were hired for. They then fire you with no warning the following day saying "it has nothing to do with your performance". They have the most ridiculous commission structure known from mankind. They pay 1% of the profit, but the profit margin on a computer or a product subscription are extremely small. I had to submit commissions for less than $0.01. It's absolutely ridiculous. Bottom line, your total commission for the month doesn't even allow you to buy yourself a cup of coffee!! They have sales meetings every day! Same time, 9.30am and all you hear is the CEO yelling at every meeting as not enough sales in his opinion!! Even if I worked remote, the work atmosphere was horrible. No one talks to no one. No help from anyone whatsoever. I hated it after just a week of starting there.
