Lack of encouragement and morale. Low possibility of advancement or promotion. Lack of feedback in regards to requests in changes of schedule or time off. Little to no interest in helping employees when they may be going through a difficult time. There is little interaction with management. Harsh treatment and overall lack of respect. Unusual scheduling, often conflicting with requested schedule.
