Pros
I've been with Signature long enough to see many positive changes - most dramatically in the last two years. I appreciate the family-friendly focus (always), the ability to work remotely, and the new benefits that make me feel like a valued employee. We were recently asked what changes we'd like to see made, and many of these changes have already been implemented - end of year bonus/profit sharing (to come), 401(k) match, great travel incentive program, Holiday travel gift, professional development/continuing ed courses reimbursement, birthday off, Passport & Global Entry reimbursement, and more. I feel valued and heard by this company. Additionally it is nice not to be micro-managed - we are given freedom to complete tasks, and to take initiative. Signature feels like a family, and I feel lucky to work for this company.
Cons
Cross-training was a previously needed improvement, but this is a new Pro - taken care of by the new Signature University Training Program, which is an awesome cross-training program. Great idea, Signature!
Another was annual reviews for compensation. But this is another issue that has been improved upon in the last 1-2 years, with a newly instated review process that takes place company-wide every June.
One suggestion: Communication between teams could improve.
