1. Management teams are horrible, just care about the big bonus they are going to get, so whenever a situation arrives to give feedback is better to talk to a wall.
2. Little room for growing, unless you are cheaper than the market.
3. Fake numbers and metrics. Do you really think we are blind? Are we kids? Are you going to hide the problems on teambuildings instead of talking about them? Do you know what is the general feeling?
4. I feel sad that i could go on and on on this list, when I arrive being a super happy employee, but know that nobody knows who really runs this company, this is chaos.
