Pros
Some teams seemed enjoyable to work in and plenty of nice people there. Company are growing and there are plenty of opportunities for career development. Good gender equality.
Cons
Joined because i'd heard a lot about the 'no blame, continuous improvement' culture but this was definitely not followed in some teams and senior management didn't seem to care.
