Just a job selling telecom commodities.
Cons
Human Resources should be considered Non-human Resources. Singtel considers its people to be very expendable regardless of experience or talent. Does not cultivate long-term employment. If you are able to stay, you won't get a lot of encouragement for growth. Overall, Singtel does not value its employees -- should be considered a revolving door employer.
