The management always share their thoughts & knowledge with the masses. Relevant training courses are open for all employees for learning. My dept organise regular team building events, knowledge sharing sessions which is great for team bonding. The current WOW arrangement for our dept (since the end of the pandemic) is very popular with the staff.
Cons
My dept always put up the younger staff for promotion but not the long-time old staff as they try to hold on to the younger staff. The older staff will likely stay on till retirement so no need to bother promoting them. This is my personal view.
