      Stable with average pay but bad bonus

      Pros

      The company is very stable and salary is paid on time. Health insurance is good with yearly health check and 18 days of AL

      Cons

      Fast paced and work load is overwhelming. Too much politics inter departments which adds unnecessary barrier for productivity. No AWS and bonus is reduced from this year
