- consider working if you specifically want to do something related to core telecommunications, marketing, finance related areas. (would not recommend for tech areas)
Cons
- few truly value adding projects. this is a consequence of a lack of revenue growth in general. this will impact your salary. - project execution is impacted due to a lack of proper internal operational processes - the current systems and processes are not designed to handle complex projects - it's not the ideal place if want to learn and grow. - even within same teams the communication is not good.
