Confusing reorg by management obsessed with micromanaging - Manager Singtel Employee Review

- Any change or reorg is airbrushed as being important for "culture", whatever that means. - New reorg doesn't instill much confidence, especially when the only message in the 1.5hr townhall after the reorg is to tell staff to WFO permanently (in soon-to-be overcrowded offices). - Employee engagement survey is all a big pony show. Reminds me of how NSFs get pressured to not give cookhouse food a low rating. IYKYK. Opinions of the drones don't really matter. HR/Management just use it to gloat to investors and recruitment drives.
