Below pointers are from a similar review here but adding more on my thoughts 1) feels like our work is solely for bosses,product,marketing and business benefit rather than being a collective effort. 2) communication and instructions are next level, which can lead to misunderstandings and errors and doesn't complete the communication and expect someone to continue; work half * and call it excellence kind of thing. 3) selective hearing or one-sided hearing when it comes to feedback or concerns raised by the team. Bosses only like to hear things that can meet their KPIs; not help to improve collaboration, efficiency and productivity. 4) avoiding responsibility and being defensive when issues arise; everyone play taichi from junior to top level, which make work very hard. Dedicated employee will be taken advantage by these peeps 5) the communication style is demoralizing and demotivating. Bosses feels like a dictator, ask u lots of question without providing help. Worst still, bosses don't even dare to communicate and solve problem with business team. 6) lacking transparency; typical old culture, poking and knifing behind your back when are you doing most of the work. 7) everything is very backwards since it is 2023; people that are already used to modern work will struggle in these settings. 8) individual chapter KPI does not encourage synergies between different teams, everyone focusing on their own hidden agenda and KPIs. Leaving baus work as low priority and therefore, constantly blocking people who are working on baus activities. 9) team that are needed to help achieve bosses,product,marketing and business KPIs are well pamper. They can throw people under the bus as long as they help those mentioned meet their KPIs 10) the level of english and command is next level too. probably the worst people profile. 11) many people are working in black box and not sure why there's so much argument; Probably trying to smoke new employees (is very obvious when you are working on the ground) 12) experience staff hardly share knowledge but they will take new knowledge from you; so that they will thrive. 13) people like to use the word 'family' there; it is an insult to that word. In short, if you are a soldier, be prepared to dig a hole with a teaspoon and be ready to be commanded. Your opinions will just be patronize, many leads there just pretend that they are listening to your problems but actually there are no actions taken by any because people are scare to be label as a 'problem'. COMMIT values and care bears are a BIG failure and probably the worst tagline to be placed on Singtel.
