      Size, prestige, transparent, motivating, global reach, good training

      Cons

      Lots fluff around. The company can be relaxed about project deliveries if done completely though their joint ventures partners. This is not good for their staff development.

      Pros: - Good name recognition on a resume - Strong early-career learning opportunities - Tuition and relocation support can be valuable

      Cons

      Cons: - High turnover - Inconsistent leadership quality by branch/project - Limited support in distressed project environments - Poor communication around promotions and advancement - Concerns raised in good faith did not appear to be meaningfully addressed
