Lovely coworkers and mid-level management staff at the branch level, quiet environment-nice for an introvert like me, work assignments are enjoyable.

Extremely competitive, nearly impossible to advance up the career ladder despite following every bit of advice from management. HR struggles to work effectively with the newly formed union & victim blames whistleblowers.
