Pros
Have 401 k, sick leave, vacation leave and training for part time employees. The managers work really hard. The employees care about the clients. SOME has been around for a long time and their service model stands second to none.
Cons
SOME like many other non-profits experienced some financial hardships. They have had to make some tough decisions related to RIFs, but are bouncing back well.
