From the very first day of meeting Markerle and Adam to the present day, Soap Media has always backed me and encouraged me throughout my first five years here. This is evident through my progression of Front End Developer to Lead Front End Developer in my tenure. Personal growth and wellbeing is very much encouraged here as well as a culture of "not being left alone" whilst being a remote agency.

Nothing I can think of - that's not to say everything is perfect here, but there's nothing of note that would ever put me off being here working with great people and minds.

Extremely friendly and welcoming team with low-stress environment. Regular socials and planned team online events help with remote working adjustments. Good communication and plenty of opportunity for growth for ambitious individuals.

This is my first remote role so its definitely been an adjustment, but so far the role is working out better than I expected.
