1. It's really good if you want to learn and be a part of a paced, dynamic environment. 2. The tech managers and seniors are very supportive 3. Work environment and culture is very good.

1. The product managers are ready to lick the deepest of client's A**hole and ruin their own systems as they are delivering customised features too soon. 2. Lack of lean development 3. There's no work life balance 4. The sales person are fkin ch*ts who don't even know how to communicate with clients and would ask you about what should they convey to the client and think they can treat everyone like sh*t. 5. The founders have literally zero self respect and you just can't believe anything u believe.

The tech team is super collaborative — people are smart and open to new ideas. Got to work on actual features early on, not just boring maintenance. Also appreciate the flexibility with hours and how people trust you to get your work done.

Some internal stuff like process and documentation is still evolving. Can feel a bit unstructured.
