Pros
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE has a happy energy about them. Make no mistake about it, this culture is special. As an intern, you get the opportunity to actually sit in on meetings and contribute to major projects early on. Your coworkers will become like family, and obviously - the flight benefits.
Cons
It varies on what department and manager you have, but sometimes you are given a little too much independence. I've gone days without ever even seeing my manager so it's relatively easy to be idle.
