Architecture design is not a priority. Their work is also very mediocre except couple of projects. Most of it is copied or "inspired". Weird workplace. If you are an intern, get ready to spend nights for rendering the bad design. Partners are insensitive, would expect you work like slaves. Everyone here just tries to suckup.
