Pros

remote most people are generally great to work with

Cons

If you decide to work here, I would come in with a 1-1.5 year timeline. After that, your time and effort will have diminishing returns. Sprout's culture is very "I don't want to hurt your feelings but I won't do anything to address the problem." Regardless of how much you may be qualified or advocate for yourself, they are dead set on not giving raises and will make you go above and beyond to prove your case for promotion for a few extra dollars and that's if they give it to you. Doesn't matter if you are good at what you do or a top performer, they are putting people on coaching plans for the most insignificant things that make a farce out of the entire concept of a coaching plan. Feedback is only received well when it directly aligns with what leadership wants to hear or is already considering. Not really great at receiving criticism. Not a horrible place to work but definitely not a place you should trust your career long term. Don't get stuck here in this tough hiring environment because you will regret wasting your talent.

Pros

The people at the IC level are great. Office perks and lifestyle stipend are nice.

Cons

Career growth is non existent unless you are close with the right people. Turnover is very bad, had multiple managers each year. A lot of the folks who have been at the company for a long time have dipped recently and the culture is falling apart quickly. Communication standards are very bad from top to bottom. Poorly behaved leaders are not held accountable.
