Things were great for a while, but things took a turn for the worst. The company has been going through growing pains for a while now after a huge boom during the pandemic and it seems we are at a melting point. It's been over a year of being hopeful and it's clear that nobody knows what they are doing. There truly is no sense of direction, so people are all scrambling to feel like they are important, but everyone is on different wavelengths so it is absolute cacophony. This chaos cascades down to our sellers, who are given sloppy guidance and pulled in multiple directions.
This new crop of leadership feels so distant and foreign, which is not at all what it was like prior to 2024. They love to sugarcoat things and pretend like everything is okay, meanwhile people have been leaving in mass, including those in upper management. They lie and tell us that "they hear our feedback" and then give us "exciting news" that nobody asked for while ignoring the real issues like low pay, lack of career growth opportunities, and unrealistic workloads.
There is no way to voice how we feel which is why I have turned to Glassdoor in hopes to be seen and also warn others of the reality of the business right now.
