Pros
Amazing co-workers. That’s all there is to say.
Cons
Miscommunication was a constant issue between HQ and retail, with changes being made at the drop of a hat with no warning or game plan. Poor retail leadership—never empowered employees to make decisions that would better the business and hundreds of good ideas went in the garbage. Good work went unnoticed (despite “gratitude” being a Stance core value), but one hiccup and you’re receiving a call from leadership. Ultimately the brand is hollow, preaching creativity and uniqueness but forcing all of their retail employees into the same box and baiting the with promises of promotions or connections, ultimately wasting so much raw talent by not paying any attention to the people on the ground. But then again, what more can you expect from a brand run by rich, white men?
