Pros
Overtime is always there. Company vehicle. Independent work days, so you don't have to see your boss since you don't go to the office everyday.
Cons
There is only advance if your willing to stab people in the back to move up to where you want. The Manager I have has his little "pets" Those pets will pretend to be your friend to tell the boss everything and everything about the other people that work there. They pick there favorites and accommodate to them for everything. If their pets have something going on they never make them feel like they have to be there, but to everyone else who doesn't kiss the ground they walk on, if they need a day off, they get threatened to fire. Boss threatens over phone and makes demands if things are not his way (have many recordings of this as well as records written to some day use when i need too) They talk about "FAMILY" all the time at Safety meetings and how they all are brothers and have eachothers backs. DEFINITELY do not have either. The Owners have NO IDEA what kind of Management they have around. Put some hidden cameras/ recording on their phones and see how they ACTUALLY treat their employees. This business is going to be out of business or have a major lawsuit within 5 years.... Im looking at this other reivew from 2014, everything this guy is saying, "Has been going down hill ever since owner steped back and started taking a smaller role in day to day operations." "You can only be promoted if you are willing to stab people in the back to move up. Management is full of idiots that dont have a clue what there doing. " True, true , true. I wish i knew who this was because we could be great friends! Oh and asking for a raise is IMPOSSIBLE. They want tons of work done for Little money!
