Pros

Senior leadership is very approachable, and truly cares about the success of the company. Leadership is willing to listen to feedback and is not set in their ways. Very welcoming atmosphere, everybody is very friendly and kind.

Cons

It’s been a tough year for the recruitment industry and this has (naturally) influenced the company culture somewhat.
