High turn over. Owner likes to leave machinery broken for months or years at a time. Rain comes in through the ceilings. Rare to see happy coworkers, upturned frowns are more common. Pay money every paycheck into a party fund but never get anything back. Quite poor health insurance and near nonexistent employee benefits. Hours are often cut. You will easily find a better employer, as this one doesn't seem to care.
