Pros
Great people, especially if you start with a class of people right out of your degree.
Cons
Training was essentially irrelevant to actual job opportunities, creating a bigger gap between those had been summer interns vs. not. Depending on your team, the partners border on verbally abusive. The acquisition by PwC has ruined a lot of perk that made up for the bad work/life balance (which is a sham, don't let them fool you during interviews).
