Pros

- Competitive pay, especially for those starting out in the digital marketing / creative field. - Young bosses, supervisors, and colleagues, which is great for those who thrive in a youthful, dynamic environment. - A good training ground as you’ll be exposed to various digital marketing and creative processes. Agency experience can look impressive on your resume. - Multiple training opportunities, mostly seminars, webinars, and one-day events. - Provides work gadgets like laptops in case you don’t have your own. - Commendable HR team that ensures employee needs are acknowledged. - Hybrid work setup offers flexibility and a longer Christmas vacation compared to traditional companies.

Cons

- Open workspace setup with no cubicles may not suit those who prefer more privacy or a traditional office layout. - The team is relatively small, which can make the workload feel heavy or overwhelming at times. - Fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities, which may not be ideal for everyone. - Expectation to meet tight deadlines, which can lead to constant overtime, unpaid overtime or taking work home. - A high-pressure culture exists, where failing to meet expectations right away may lead to public criticism or harsh feedback from both leadership and peers. Some may find this motivating, but others may experience it as demoralizing.
