Great company - General Laborer Strittmatter Companies Employee Review

Good work/life balance. Good working environment.

No real downside I can think of.

Pay is decent and company provides health insurance (Kaiser Permanante)

Management is not trained properly and HR is a joke and is always unavailable or out of the office and make you wait days if they even respond at all! Owners seem nice but don’t seem to care that managers do as they please.
