5yThank you for your feedback. As an organization we do encourage and often engage in robust conversations among our key management team. We feel that challenging each other to think outside of the box and to be creative, innovative and accountable is the only way for us to grow as an organization. While we are not afraid to challenge each other, it is always done in a respectful manner.
We do not take allegations of verbal abuse lightly, and hope that our employees will also not make these allegations in an effort to convey discontent with their experience at our company, which can occur for many reasons. We often find that those who are not successful at Studco are those who lack the ability to communicate, challenge themselves (and others) and be accountable. With that being said, for those with a great work ethic and desire to grow professionally and collaborate with others, we provide a great environment for this and would encourage you to consider applying.
