Pros

I went to StudioPMG with little experience in the agency and media world, and left with a lot of knowledge and tons of hands-on experience. They helped me land my dream job; doing the same things as a social media associate but in an industry I'm passionate about.

Cons

I seriously can't think of anything. I'm so thankful for the opportunity they gave me, as well as the advice and mentoring.

Pros

My time at Studio was really valuable and essential to the development my skills. I found it too be an enjoyable yet challenging environment. I appreciated the feeling of being part of a team, and the talented developers and creatives that I worked with. It is definitely a place where you are expected to be a self starter and not a place where you are micromanaged. The leadership is hands off, yet available. They had open doors and listened when something needed to be changed. They always pushed to present the latest, most cutting edge digital solutions in front of the clients.

Cons

Work at an agency that has most of its clients in the pharmaceutical industry can be at times limiting. Although the work is steady it lacks the dazzle that other industries have.
