Pros

- Learn a lot as an intern and part-time - The work environment is okay and friendly

Cons

- There's no difference in workload between full-timers and intern/part-timers - As a part-timer, you are given the same responsibilities and work as a full-timer with less pay

Pros

Been working at the company for two years, and honestly I got nothing bad to say about the company specifically. Co-workers are easy to work with, projects are interesting and management is pretty relax and understanding. Within two years of working here, especially if you take time to explore variety of projects, you will pretty much master everything about web development. Can be challenging at times, especially projects with narrow deadline, but compare to horror stories I been hearing about other companies where management, essentially abused the employees, this company is completely free of drama or those kind of abuse. Luckily, company is also generous with handing out AI IDE subscriptions, to full-timer, so at least that make it manageable. Believe me, if you are starting out on developer journey this is the among the best place to work with. Tech-stack is very much modern as well.

Cons

Salary on the low side, but it's a small company, so can't expect that much. At least you are not actively getting exploited, with micro-managing and stuffs, so unless you are very desperate, this is a worth while trade for friendly working environment.
