      Remote and very flexible. Very manageable workload and good pay

      Cons

      Can occasionally get busy. Sometimes you have to drastically change what you have been working on but such is the case on all large scale projects

      The team I worked with was consistent and reliable. My supervisor was especially supportive.

      It's an edtech startup, so everything changes quickly. New rules for writing and citations, SEO team updates, etc.
