      Pros

      They respect you(in salaray) if you are the ex-employee of bigger company

      Cons

      No respect for loyal employee, salary gap between old employee and new employee for the same jobdesc, bad management especially on HR, they only good at branding in social media but inside you only get your salary without any other benefit

      - good place to learn - have a competent manager - company vision so wow

      Cons

      - no career growth as too many "inside man" within engineering - always failed the market when their plan not goes well - within the company not as good as their image outside
