      Great job for part time employees Flexible schedule as long as you have a good manager

      Cons

      Large variety of clientele Pay needs to be at least $15/hour Long shifts for full time employees Health benefits only for full time or flex employees. Health benefits are terrible, but affordable. No 401k. No HR department, cheap equipment

      Pros

      As a newer stylist I was given training with an in salon trainer. Also, had other more advanced techniques/training available online.

      Cons

      Not many, I just hate nights and weekends. Being new made my compensation on the lower end.
