Other than working with a friendly team that try their hardest to pull together under the pressure, none at all.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid. Not enough staff, not enough hours. Too much pressure on management pushing them to breaking point. You simply cannot have a life working for this company as your hours change at such short notice and you are expected to comply. Too high expectations when it comes to active selling on the till, forced to harass customers with 20 questions or you'll get in trouble. Expected to get 100 jobs done but still be 100% customer service at the same time! No appreciation for the hard work their staff put in but quick to have a go when someone makes a mistake. Disgusting company. Do not work here unless you enjoy feeling miserable.
