      Less pay compared to market standards. Workload can be very high depending on the team and manager. Very less adaptability to market changes

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
