Many good people work in the company that try to help.
Cons
Senior management only works through threatening employees. Their leadership style is shouting shouting and threatening. No good work is recognized and senior management is quick to capitulate any success and not provide any recognition. You are not allowed to be sick or go to the doctors unless you get a day off, otherwise you don't get paid for the day you are sick. No flexibility for part-time employment, which does not allow young mothers to take care of their kids. There is a culture of one strike and you are out. The only way to progress is if you are a yes-man. The turn around of staff is really high at around 30-40%.
