      Marketing and technology are good sectors to work in Small teams Sometimes there are sales incentives

      Cons

      Location - inconvenient to travel to London to attend client/candidate meetings Bad commission structure Employees have no say in the decisions made (which are made behind closed doors and are final) Very high turnover of staff Hardly any training Low basic salaries

      Pros

      - Great people who all get along, support each other and genuinely celebrate everyone's success. - Fantastic directors who offer you all the support you could need - The office is great! - Everyone has their own desk with a clear vision on how to hit your goals and if you aren't hitting your goals, you will get support to do this. I've been at the company for over 2 years and have genuinely loved every day which is very difficult in any recruitment job!
