Toxic work culture that was fake-woke and basically a boys' club that protected and favored the senior leadership who were largely incompetent and inept, but had been there for years. Making money was prioritised over creativity and treating crew, artists and junior staff properly. Ovetime was expected but never properly remunerated. They have a high turnover and unhappy workforce across TEG, LLT and TES which is a clear sign of the awful culture and management.

- Noisy working environment - Very long hours, unrealistic workload and expectations - expect to be up getting emails well past midnight - Lots of blaming and poor management with no leadership qualities who have the title of 'manager' that they have not worked for or trained to be - High turnover and terrible culture
