This place needs a complete overhaul - Systems Operations Analyst TMG Health Employee Review

Building is 1 step below heaven so ice, constant wind so strong you either blow across the mile walk to the building or you are a human Popsicle. Way to many layers of mgmt - most of which have no business in a mgmt position. VERY high school like atmosphere. Petty and back stabbing is the norm. Mgmt doesn't listen to anything. Never appreciated just worked like a dog for less money than industry standards but think they pay well because they are just about the only place that has openings.
