Pros
TOTVS is really changing its way and becoming a better place to work. Freedom to do what you need, open minded, ready to absorb new ways to develop software.
Cons
The slow pace. If the employee needs to buy something it can take months just to receive the answer. And that is valid for day to day equipment such as mouses, keyboards, monitors, even to fix machines.
