Pros
This company is has 2 great owners that truly are investing into the growth of their company. They are knowledgeable, experienced and together have a built a great foundation. The companies PTO and hybrid schedule is really a huge plus. They have some really great employees that can make working there a pleasant experience.
Cons
Even though the owners are fantastic the other leadership staff leave plenty to be desired. The current leader leads with an iron fist from behind and certainly not from the front. This is the type of leader that will struggle to maintain and grow her staff. Fantastic individual producer(s) but, no true leadership to drive new sales growth. Micromanagement is to be expected. Unfortunately, this is an environment that activity will not save you - closing deals will. There is a favoritism factor to be considered as it is family owned. No true corporate structure in a few areas but very severe in terms of learning and development - Little to no coaching is accurate. Be expected to produce immediately! The benefits package is not very competitive and the non compete is very strict. Do your due diligence.
