Cons
Tandem was one of the worst run companies I have ever worked for. The whole place is a complete mess. From the CEO being engaged to the CFO (yes, really, like a local dry cleaner) to the fact that there is one person in finance who is essentially running the whole company and making all the decisions.
Insane deadlines that have little grounding in what is physically possible are the norm. I don’t know if it’s because leadership is clueless or just trying to push the envelope, but it doesn’t matter because it still results in Tandem being a terrible place to work. I hope they get their acts together but I honestly doubt they will. Look elsewhere.
