Pros
Some nice locations and good for lunch time walks, after that I struggle to say something nice, though to be fair, management have engaged the employees to try to improve things
Cons
The company is really two businesses, 80% call centre, 20% software. I can't comment on the call centre side, but the software side is hamstrung by the former. It is overly bureaucratic, and doing a good job isn't good enough if they think that you are capable of more.
