Pros
Good 401 K plan, additional $ per hour if you don't need health insurance. Contractor co that replaced task source pale in comparison as far as retirement and sick time plans. I would have stayed with company but they did not keep the contract.
Cons
Contract job otherwise it was a good low stress job.
