      You will get much time to learn in starting, but later when you have little bit experienced in the project, they provide you more work and no growth

      No financial growth, even career growth is also less, no reimbursement if you are ready to learn

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
