-Good ol' boys club. -Management does what they want to do. -I have been with the company for 11 years and do not feel I should train my supervisor to do his job. He has been with the company for almost 3 years and was promoted to be my direct report. He is constantly asking me how to do things. He was promoted, so shouldn't he already know how to do his job? In addition, quite a few clients dislike him because he lacks skills. He is also rude to our entire team. -Company has layed off almost every employee who has been with the company for a significant time. It's because of them that Teladoc is where they are today...Bad move. -Our product never got off to a good start, and simply does not work in our hospitals. Too many issues with rebooting in the middle of the night when patients are trying to sleep, hardware isn't compatible, the list goes on. -The Account Executives promise way too much just to get the deal. As a result, we have to clean up the mess because they can do no wrong. I've personally seen 4 different Account Executives attack and harass employees because they promised servics that could not be delivered. Rather than own-up to their mistakes, the employees get punished. They all gang up on people whether they're involved or not because they all stick together.
